Car insurance:

If you plan on working directly with the at-fault party’s insurance company, we will bill the company directly for your care. Please be aware that you may be responsible to pay for care rendered that is not covered by the insurance company.

Attorney:

If you plan on hiring an attorney to fight for your case, we will send a bill to your lawyer at the end of your treatment. If you need help finding an attorney, just give us a call and we can help.

Self pay:

If you have not been involved in a motor vehicle accident and wish to undergo chiropractic care, you will need to pay with cash or check at the time of service. We do not accept any health insurance.
