At our office, we focus on evidence based conservative therapies to help our patients recover quickly and safely from motor vehicle accidents. These therapies include, but are not limited to, chiropractic adjustment, stretching, exercise, whole body vibration, cold laser, interactive metronome, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, flexion distraction, bracing, and physiotherapy. We also work hand in hand with other medical professionals, making sure that our patients needs are met in a timely and effective way. We regularly refer to other specialists as well as for special imaging as needed to manage the patient's care. On Fridays, Dr. Christopher Rankin, M.D. personally sees our motor vehicle accident patients exclusively as needed.
Dr. Grady Stimits, D.C.
Dr. Grady Stimits, D.C. is a Blanchard native who attended Northwood High School before going on to NLU and finally Texas Chiropractic College. He has served the Shreveport/Bossier area for over 15 years now at Shreveport Chiropractic. His tremendous experience as a chiropractor focusing on motor vehicle accidents makes him uniquely qualified to serve our patients' needs.
Dr. John Barrington, D.C.
Dr. John Barrington, D.C. graduated from C.E. Byrd High School before going on to LSUS and finally Parker University in Dallas Texas. He had the pleasure of being selected to participate in the chiropractic rotation in the physical medicine and rehabilitation department of the Dallas VA medical center. He has completed a 100 hour certificate in Chiropractic Clinical Neurology from Parker University. He is concussion health certified after completing the comprehensive approach to concussion management course. He is also a certified Interactive Metronome provider and has completed additional training on the use interactive metronome with TBI and mTBI patient populations. Dr. Barrington, D.C. also speaks Spanish and enjoys working with Spanish-speaking patients to facilitate their recovery. In his free time he volunteers with the youth at his church (Brookwood Baptist) and enjoys family time with his wife and two children.
Dr. Christopher Rankin, M.D.
Dr. Christopher Rankin, M.D graduated from Captain Shreve High School before attending Tulane University and finally attending medical school at LSU Shreveport. He has a passion for treating patients in need. He is a family man at heart with two young daughters at home.
